Peer Reviewer Application

If you have successfully completed Quality Matters Peer Reveiwer Training and are interested in being added to the Quality Matters Peer Reviewer pool for possible assignment to a QM-Managed or Subscriber-Managed Peer Review team, please submit your application by going to the link below and submitting BOTH your application information and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU will need to be resubmitted every year if you wish to remain in the QM reviewer pool.

You will need to "sign" your MOU by typing your last name, followed by the last four digits of you Social Security Number, in the space identified for your Signature Code.

Please note that your application submission does not guarantee your placement on a peer review team, only that you will be added to the available pool for possible assignments.
