To support participants in launching a quality-focused initiative that integrates their leadership goals, role, and institutional priorities. Participants will apply QM and related best practices to a real course or project, and practice navigating professional dynamics that may affect their ability to lead change.

  • Leading an initiative that reflects leadership identity and sector-specific needs
  • Applying QM Rubrics and related frameworks to evaluate and improve online learning experiences
  • Navigating institutional dynamics such as:
    • Differing levels of support from executive leadership
    • Faculty or SME skepticism toward digital innovation
    • Siloed or politically complex decision-making environments
  • Building sustainable, inclusive quality improvements aligned with WCAG 3.0
Prerequisites
