The session will discuss a case study from one college who chose to focus on QA is terms of course/program design, faculty teaching, and student support to create their QA Pie. This session seeks to provide participants with a foundation in the concepts, theories, and techniques involved in QA within programs. Programs can prepare students for a successful future by effectively implementing QA principles and frameworks.
