How do I change our QM Coordinator?

Please use the form on this page to add or remove a QM Coordinator (QMC) or a Lead QMC (for those with a System subscription).

Remember that the QM Coordinator should complete the QMC training for this role. Once they receive the role, they will be automatically enrolled in this QMC training.  To access the workshop, log into MyQM and select My Account in the box to the left.  Choose QM Canvas Classroom.

The QMC's general responsibilities are:

  • To act as the liaison between Quality Matters and the organization
  • To carry out day-to-day responsibilities for championing and implementing the QM system within the organization

If you need to designate a separate contact for billing matters, please enter the person's name and email in the Billing Point of Contact section on the form. Always feel free to contact Membership Services with questions.
