Dedicated synchronous on-site or virtual sessions are a great way to bring your group together to dive into QM Standards, course design and course improvement. The 4-hour and full-day sessions are led by a QM facilitator and are an excellent method of connecting, providing feedback and creating a shared understanding of quality assurance for online learning.
Dedicated online workshops are great for accommodating your team members who need to complete professional development asynchronously. They may have different schedules or be in different locations that prohibit an onsite session. By participating in the same session, though, they can still interact and share the workshop experience.
Dedicated 2-hour virtual sessions are excellent for providing topic or skill specific professional development in an interactive, short course format. These two-hour workshops can be delivered as single sessions or grouped to address development goals. Facilitated collaboration provides participants — all wearing headsets — with a collegial learning environment.
